Hello everyone and happy Friday!

So every summer we leave Utah for a couple months and follow Dan to a different state for work. Right now we are in North Dakota and we are loving the relaxed lifestyle! When we are home, our schedules are full and so taking this time to just relax and smell the flowers has been amazing. But no matter where we are, we are always out and about so I love easy on-the-go baby products. These are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE products that we take everywhere with us…

IKEA HIGHCHAIR: This high chair is amazing because it’s not only affordable but it’s light weight and when we detach the legs it’s really easy to transport. We drive everywhere we go so it fits in our car and it’s been a life saver to have here in ND!

SURE GRIP MIRACLE MAT AND FUN SPOONS: First of all, if you’ve seen my snaps (beccabelo), you have seen how obsessed I am with this thing!! I love how clean it keeps our meal times. The bowls are attached so Aiden doesn’t knock everything everywhere. And it’s easy to clean and easy to pack and take with you anywhere.

NUBY TEETHING TOYS: Aiden has been teething like crazy lately so these little things have saved me and A LOVES them!

Well, I hope these products help you out as much as they help me! May your travels with your littles go as smooth as ever and thanks for stopping by!

xoxo,

Becca

Hello everyone! Remember our trip to Cancun? Well, on that trip we went on an excursion to Cozumel. It was absolutely beautiful and so fun! We booked the trip through the Paradisus Cancun Resort and took a bus over to catch the ferry to the island. When buying ferry tickets, only buy a one way trip. That way, you’ll be able to spend as much time as you’d like on the island and not be worried about catching the ferry back at a certain time or with a certain company. That way you can hop on whatever ferry is available when your fun in the sun is done.

There are tons of activities to do on the island. Half of our group went snorkeling (*TIP: Bring your own snorkeling gear… their stuff isn’t very good and isn’t really clean) and the others went scuba diving. The scuba group booked their activity at the resort while the snorkelers booked their activity on the ferry on their way to the island. After our activity, we walked around the shops and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the La Mission Restaurant. When we returned back to the main land, we were entertained by native performers descendants of the Cem Ānáhua Tribe. (Maya Cemanahuac, Anawak, pre-spanish natives)

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your next vacation!

xoxo,

Becca

Hola! Bienvenido a Cancun! Welcome to my little snippet of the Paradisus Cancun Resort. To start off this all inclusive resort adventure, I’d like so say that the place is STUNNING! When you walk into the building you are overwhelmed by it’s massive size and extravagant decor. You’re surrounded by nature both inside and out. The resort includes many different restaurants, a club (with shows/ entertainment each night), and if you’re feeling adventurous, they offer fantastic excursions.  Now, let’s touch on some of my favorite restaurants; I loved the Market Grill (located outside) because they offered Brazilian food. I also liked Bluegava and their delicious tacos. **TIP: Make sure to make reservations for your dinner the day before (they are pretty busy). If you don’t feel like going out, you can order in! The best part about all-inclusive is free room service! (p.s. get the wings!).

The rooms are very spacious, relaxing, and comfortable. Some even come with bathtubs/ jacuzzi’s on the balcony. (**TIP: if you want one, make sure to request it!)

Now, let’s venture outside to the pools and the beach. The pools are a decadent combination of romance and relaxation. The water is delightful and the staff comes around to make sure you’re properly hydrated. If you are more of a sand and salt kind of person, then Cancun’s beautiful blue and incredibly clear waters are for you! The water is the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip after volleyball or laying out. The staff even brought a cooler full of cold waters and sodas to enjoy at the beach each day. They have towels and lounge chairs available at both the beach and pool area, but if you want a cabana, you’ll have to book it. (**TIP: They get booked pretty quickly so act fast!).

The only downfall in service is check out day. Once it’s past your check out time they charge for food. If you have a later flight, make sure to have eaten or order some room service to go. (**TIP: they’ll even charge for water so make sure you have a couple water bottles). They do offer temporary rooms for rent so you can shower before getting on your flight. Overall, we loved the resort. I recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re planning a honeymoon or babymoon.

Personal Rating: 4.5/5 stars

Hope you enjoy your next trip to Cancun! Have a wonderful Wednesday and safe travels!

xoxo,

Becca
